New Year Gardeners! This year marks the 50th anniversary of
the Honolulu Community Gardens. To celebrate this milestone we are
holding a celebration on Saturday September 13th from 10am to 2pm at
Foster Botanical Garden. There will be music, food trucks, vendors and
each garden will host a booth to showcase their garden. As a fundraiser
for this event, there are t-shirts, tote bags and garden aprons being
sold. The logo was created by a gardener at the Dole Community Garden.
You have until Feb 15th to make your order. Send in your order
form to 50 N. Vineyard Blvd. Honolulu, Hi 96817. Checks should be made out to
the Honolulu Garden Council. They will accept cash or check.
