MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES 4/24/2024

A.    FEES –

        1.  No cash will be accepted

            a. $50 membership fee for new members; includes $20 deposit

            b. $30 annual membership fee thereafter

        2. Write Check specifically to Kazuko Hioki, Treasurer

B.  PLOT ASSIGNMENTS

      1.  Available plots will be

           a.  Current MCG members will be given priority to transfer plots prior to a monthly meeting

      2.  Waitlist applicants

            a.  whose name(s) are at the top of the list only if they are present, on time (punctual), and signed in, are eligible to receive an assigned plot

            b.  If a waitlisted applicant is not present, their name(s) will go to the bottom of the list; if present at a subsequent meeting and signed in as mentioned above (2a) s/he may be eligible for a plot if any is available and if there are no other(s) signed in ahead of him/her

 

C.   THEFT, VANDALISM:

       1. Take photos

       2. Note time

       3. Document concern

       4. File a police report

           a. Get a copy of report

           b. Notify MCG president
