Weed suppression suggestion for all gardeners

1. Remove all weeds out 1’ into your aisle….get the roots where you can

2. Cover the weed free area with sand which makes future weed roots easier to remove.

3. If you have weed prevention cloth, put it on top of the sanded bricks.

4. Top the sanded weed free area of bricks with mulch, sawdust, chips or such to keep any remaining weeds or weed seeds shaded to minimize growth.

5. Monitor the mulch weekly and you should be able to easily pull any weeds that appear.

6. Remember that monitoring is done every three weeks.
